Excellent quality, minor software hiccup
I recently purchased the Snapmaker Artisan 3-in-1 3D Printer and it arrived well-packaged and in good condition. The assembly process was clear, taking me about an hour and a half to get everything put together. I was particularly impressed with the build quality of the components; everything feels very sturdy and professional. The 3D printing function has been fantastic, producing very detailed prints with the included PLA Filament. The laser engraving also worked flawlessly on a few test pieces using the Laser Material Pack. My only small issue was with the Snapmaker Luban Software – it crashed once or twice when I was trying to import a complex model, but a quick restart fixed it. For the capabilities and the price, I think it's a great value and I'm looking forward to trying the CNC carving next.
Good machine, slow shipping
I ordered the Snapmaker 2.0 A250T and it's a solid machine for the price. The 3D printing and laser functions have worked well so far. Assembly was straightforward enough. My main gripe was the shipping time; it took about 10 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase but wish delivery was quicker.

Got the Snapmaker J1s High Speed IDEX 3D Printer and I am so happy! It prints super fast and the dual extrusion works perfectly. I've already made so many cool things. Set up was a breeze, and the quality is really impressive. Definitely buying more filament from them soon!
